Ferrari’s new V8 570hp engine
4.5-L V8 Making 570 hp at 9000 RPM. Equating to 127 hp/L just beating Honda’s F20C used in the S2000 which made 120 hp/L (later upgraded to the 2.2-L). Very efficient engines while only getting 17 mpg. Ferrari’s V8 puts out 398 lb*ft at 6000 RPM and engineers say it produces 80% of peak torque as low as 3250 RPM. Great for acceleration. 0 – 100 km/h in 3.4s and terminal velocity of 325km/h or 201 mph.
